Accessibility statement

Last updated: 01.11.2026

WALLIO considers it important that the website, the dashboard and the card are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, and acts in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its Service Accessibility Adjustments Regulations, 5773-2013.

1.The level we aim for

We aim to meet Israeli Standard SI 5568, in line with the WCAG guidelines at level AA. An external accessibility audit has not been carried out yet; this statement is based on an internal review.

2.Adjustments made

  • The language and direction (Hebrew and Arabic right to left, English left to right) are set on every page.
  • Links, buttons and fields can be reached with the keyboard.
  • Form fields have labels, and error messages are shown in text, not only in color.
  • Animations respect the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Pages adapt to phone and desktop, and text can be enlarged in the browser settings.
  • The numbers and data in the dashboard are also shown as text, not only in a chart.

3.Known limitations

  • Scanning a customer's QR code on the staff screen uses the camera. Someone who cannot scan types the customer's code (8 characters) by hand.
  • The card itself is displayed by Google Wallet, and its accessibility is subject to Google.
  • Some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet, and we keep improving.

4.Accessibility requests

Ran into difficulty, or need an adjustment? Write to us and we will deal with it promptly: info@nexums.co.il. Please include the page address and the kind of difficulty.

Accessibility coordinator: Orel Sabag, info@nexums.co.il. Nexum Systems Ltd., 1 Shacham St., Petah Tikva 4951701, Israel.
